insanity schedule question

Ok this may be a dumb question but is cardio circuit and plyo cardio circuit the same thing? I borrowed the program from a friend so i don't have all the info that goes with it. According to the schedule, it says tomorrow I'm to do the cardio circuit DVD (week 2 day 2). But after looking through the dvds, I don't see one this workout... any ideas? Thanks!

I have Insanity and I don't see a "cardio circuit" on there.I have the plyo cardio circuit, pure cardio & cardio abs, cardio power and resistance, cardio recovery and the fit test. Those are all the DVD's for the first month. Are you sure you don't have the second month because that one has a max interval plyo and a max interval circuit.

Yes, it's a typo. If you google the schedule, there is a corrected version.
