Help... Nothing I do makes a difference
Hey guys I have used MFP for a while now, but I seem to have reached that dreaded plateau, no matter what I do. I try to eat healthy, limit eating out to once a week- and dinners, not fast food, and work out 6x a wk for approx 1 hr. I try to switch up my work outs from Insanity, to Jillian Michaels to cardio classes at the…
