I found a picture of me from a few months back on the work server, and luckily was wearing the same top today! 10kg down since this picture, and hey - heavy lifting doesn't seem to be making me huge! :D lets hope I got the image right!

I need a new weight training routine
Yellow! I have been using the Body For life weights routine for waay too long and am now seeing minimal results from it. Does anyone have some good weights routines for me?
