Sugar cravings
This past whole week I've been craving sugar and have been feeling really hungry. I try to kill cravings with water and green tea but end up eating more calories than my fitness pal allows in a day. I am going try and keep this under control for the next month and see if it helps...

Hi Everyone! so I've been following my fitness pal for a month now and have lost 5 lbs! I am 8.6 pounds away from goal... I am going to follow the plan for another month and see how things go at the end of the coming month. It is a good feeling to make some progress!

Hello Everyone, Can anyone suggest any low calorie meals at PF Chiangs? I am going there for dinner today so trying to pre-plan. I only eat vegetarian food, chicken, or fish. Not a huge red - meat, dark/meat fan. Thanks!

Hi Everyone! So I have been doing weight watchers for many years, and decided to take a break from there and try out fitness pal seriously. Has anyone found great success using this app? Today is my first day of tracking on here - I am hoping that changing it up helps me reach my goals. I am 12 lbs away from my goal!

Hi everyone! I have been following weight watchers for many years, and decided to switch over to myfitness pal... so starting calorie tracking! Hopefully changing it up a little will help me...
