Sugar cravings

This past whole week I've been craving sugar and have been feeling really hungry. I try to kill cravings with water and green tea but end up eating more calories than my fitness pal allows in a day. I am going try and keep this under control for the next month and see if it helps...

If your cravings are that strong, are you sure you are:
Eating enough?
Getting all your nutrients?
Eating back some exercise calories?0 -
Why not preplan your diary and try to fit a treat within your daily goals. Also, with very little to lose, you shouldn't have a large deficit... 1/2 to 1 lb should be your max.. And I notice your base goal is at 1200 calories, which could be an aggressive goal. On top of that, eat foods higher in fats, protein and fiber to help keep you full longer.0
