Tired of being the old me
I was fat & lazy, but was tired fo feeling that way. I did this before (back in my 30's), but that was 20 yrs ago. What shocked me to this period was having 2 brothers (1 older & 1 younger) having 2 heart attacks each in the past 2-3 years. I didn't want to be one of those guys.
