Tired of being the old me

I was fat & lazy, but was tired fo feeling that way. I did this before (back in my 30's), but that was 20 yrs ago. What shocked me to this period was having 2 brothers (1 older & 1 younger) having 2 heart attacks each in the past 2-3 years. I didn't want to be one of those guys. Fortunately, my workplace has a gym on site & I started to use it. I started at 270 a year ago, but I've been stuck 235 for a few months. Recently, I notice a co-worker who has lost a some weight recently. Always looking for a new approach, I asked what he was doing. That is where I found out about My Fitness Pal. I started using this website last Friday (10/12) & I already see a difference. This is an awsome tool & a great motivator.

Welcome. I've been on this site for a little over three weeks and I find it very helpful. Between the tracking of food and exercise and the support of friends, I am finally starting to change my bad eating habits. Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like0
