I'm confused about my calorie intake
Hey everyone :) I'm new here :) I've lost about 24 lbs in the last 3 months and now since I've reached my target weight of 112 lbs ,i just want to maintain it. I do HIIT exercises 3 times a week for about 45 mins and play soccer on weekends for an hour. I don't do weights cause i'm not 18 yet haha(i'm 17yrs and 4mnths…
