I'm confused about my calorie intake

Hey everyone :) I'm new here :) I've lost about 24 lbs in the last 3 months and now since I've reached my target weight of 112 lbs ,i just want to maintain it. I do HIIT exercises 3 times a week for about 45 mins and play soccer on weekends for an hour. I don't do weights cause i'm not 18 yet haha(i'm 17yrs and 4mnths old). My BMR is 1446kcal and i've calculated my daily calorie consumption on various sites and they all told me that i need to consume about 2100-2400 calories. So my question is- Do i needto consume that much since I don't work out EVERYday? Please answer my question , I'll be extremely grateful to you guys :D
Oh by the way, my height is about 165 cm,thought that might be important :)
