The problem is that I hit my exercise hard for the 60 minutes, but it changes every day, so I'm having a hard time logging my exercise. NSV!
I finally fit into a shirt I bought 4 years ago!!!! I bought some shirts without trying them on, and they are all too big~! I am 49.4% of the way to my goal weight, and feeling great!

No longer obese!!
According to the reports here on MFP, I am officially *not* obese anymore!!! I still have about 22 lbs to go to get to my goal weight, but as my husband said last night - I am almost half way there!!!!!

NSV - the doctor visit
I just had my physical - and my doctor actually complimented me on my steady weight loss from the beginning of the year. Made me smile! I have a ways to go, and am at a bit of a plateau, but I'll bust through it :-) Sara

Had a bad day
I made some really poor choices for food yesterday - ugh.... I know that I just have to "move on", but its just so frustrating to have a setback. Usually, this is the time I say "forget it", and eat what I want, but I need to do this for me, and for my family... any advise, encouragement out there? Sara
