All of a sudden I am craving something sweet to eat. I am at work and don't have access to a lot of options. Can someone suggest something relatively good?
I was wondering, I have an RMR of 1363 calories, to lose weight do I need to eat less than those calories? This is without exercise. On here, when you add exercise it also adds the additional calories that you are allowed. Does this mean I can eat up to those calories and lose weight?
