Planks vs Push-up/crunches.
So, I'm sure some of you know what planks are, but for those who do not: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dz0oFaVGuh4 So what do you think? Planks or sit-ups. I have tried planks over the last two weeks, and I have to say you do feel the crunch and burn, but is it truly better than the traditional way?
