Got a good recipe for a healthy banana milkshake?
I know there's a slight oxymoron in the title, but I want to include bananas in my diet as well. I drink low fat milk, so I figured why not more fruits. Now, I know that it seems like a fairly simple recipe(You blend the banana in a blender and mix it with milk, right? Pls tell me that's right), but anyone got any recipes…
