I calculated my meals for the day to see what i need to change. i have 551 calories left but only 5 fat and 6 protein. what can you eat that has no fat and few proteins?

low carb diet
Im doing my husbands diabetic diet that counts only carbs. I lost 6 lbs. Im doing myfitnesspal and sort of watching cal, carbs and fats. i have 500 cals left but only 4 fat. Is there anything i can have for supper that has quite a few cal but only 4 carbs?
