I calculated my meals for the day to see what i need to change. i have 551 calories left but only 5 fat and 6 protein. what can you eat that has no fat and few proteins?

Think of protein as a minimum. Its fine to go over. And even on the fat/carbs you don't need to be perfect. Give yourself a range of +/- 10% perhaps. As long as you're in line for total cals, and not going too low on fat/protein its fine.0
