Quinoa, with black beans, sautéed corn, green peppers, onion and garlic...sprinkle with taco seasoning. Put in a wheat tortilla, stuffed with lettuce. So filling and a great alternative to a bean burrito.
I went almost 300 over my calorie goal today! That was WITH exercise!!! I am so frustrated with myself. I want to stay on track quite badly...and I am struggling. Not gaining weight but definitely not losing. Motivation please.
Chocolate Cinnamon Oatmeal 1 cup of quick oats 1 tbs of vegan carob chips sprinkle of cinnamon 2 tsp of brown sugar. Warm and enjoy.... I add chia seeds for extra protein and nutrients :)
