  • Quinoa is a peruvian grain (sounds fancy) It is usually in the rice section of the grocery store. Has tons of protien. Kind of like couscous...good to mix into soups, make a pilaf, or stirfry.
  • cut the tofu into square patties, marinate in low sodium soy sauce and pepper, sear it in a pan. Top with sautéed swiss chard and toasted pine nuts. One of my most favorite meals!

  • Sounds odd, but tuna mixed with a bit of corn salsa, and I put it on pita bread triangles. Top it off with 2 cuties, and sparkling water...keeps me filled up till snack at 3 :)
  • my roommate and I always say...take it one meal at a time. You messed up for one meal...that doesn't mess up the rest of your week. So next meal you will do better.
