I've hit a dead end, I need some advice, I've been eating my 1200 calories a day and I weight the same as I did two and a half weeks ago. any advice on how I could kick my body back into gear? This is miserable :(
I'm just wondering if anyone else has a goal weight date, and if so what is it? My goal is to hit the 130s by the start of summer, and to reach my ugw by my birthday in October. I've been putting hearts on a year callendar for everyday I work towards those goals, all the hearts keep me motivated! :D
