Am I losing weight too fast?
I have lost 25 pounds in 27 days. My start weight was 289 I am 5'10". I start eating healthy 6 times a day staying under 1600 calories and doing Zumba 16 mins 4 times a day (thats all I can do right now). Am I losing to much weight too fast? Should I change something.
