Hi all, anybody find that their mood is dictated by how you control your calories..If i stay at my calorie level i feel good if i go over i get disillusioned about LIFE??? But then i started 30ds and am having a total mind shift..Im not obsessing about food, not as hungry more energy..solution exercise??:noway:
