Week 2 of c25k
Ouch, it was tough, it doubles the length of run but then the walking bit inbetween is a bit longer too. It was actually fine but you notice a difference. Calories are going well, but I went over a little yesterday due to an ice-cream, way too hot!

Week 2, Day 1
So the new week has started well, I couldn't run yesterday due to a Josie Gibson dvd attempt, wowsers, such pain!! Ran this morning though and am so skint I can't see any pigging out or drinking happening in the next week until payday!.

Days 3-7, not ideal! But down 3lbs!
So on the whole my food went ok but I didn't run on Friday and drank a fair bit from Wednesday - Saturday! This will always be my downfall, however i'm down 3lbs!!

Hello, So far I've been able to stick to my 1200 calories with a little to spare too. I'm eating a banana and small but of cereal of breakfast, then it's oatcakes, ryvita, tomatoes and philly light for lunch then, after a gin and slimline, i'm having a two egg omelette with cheese and salad. It definitely helps it being so…
