Day 2- 30 day challenge!!
Today I have done really well..I've eaten really healthy again today and plan on having a healthy elk burger for dinner! I did 70 minutes on the treadmill (700 calories burned/5 miles). I feel really great!!! Hope everyone else is doing as well!!

Day 1 of my 30 day shred! :)
Today I've done really well so far! I eaten really well and did 60 minutes on the treadmill and burned close to 600 calories! I'm really glad I joined this group! It will def help me stay on track and can't wait to hear everyone elses success stories!! :D LET THE SHRED BEGIN!!!

Is my diet slowing me down?
So I'm on day 3 of my weight lose and have lost 2 1/2 pounds, but now I'm wondering if because I'm not eating as much calories as I'm suppose to that maybe it slowing my weight loss down? What does everyone know or think? I'm not like starving myself..just not eating as much calories as I'm suppose to.
