UGH! I have worked my butt off all week and have weighed myself everyday and NO CHANGE AT ALL! NOT EVEN A HALF A POUND!! :( So Im just gonna keep pushing myself hard through the next week and maybe on the next weigh-in ill lose something?!

Aw darn..I dont know if I can do that many squats/lunges..my knees are pretty sore from running every day :) Ill try and do as many as my knees will let me without them feeling like they're gonna blow lol. good luck everyone else! AND every day challenges sounds fun..so post more tomorrow please!!

Good for you!!! I've been cutting out my bread except today I had an Elk Burger on a bun. Water is my main problem right now..I think I've drank like two bottles of water today and now a diet coke.

Goal weight on the spread sheet is only the goal weight we wish to lose within the 30 days, right? Because I put 7.5 down by xmas, but I want to lose way more than that!

I did really well today!!! I did 60 minutes on the treadmill (a little over 4 miles and almost 600 calories)! I ate really well today!!! Water on the other hand,,I didn't do as well at :/ I need to challenge myself more and have myself drink a glass every hour..??

What I do is workout mon-sat and give myself sundays off! that way on sat evening when I would do something bad (food or drink) I think to myself..dont waste that workout you just did this morning!! :)
