I have been running off and on for about a year now. I usualy run between 1 and 3 miles at a time. extreem soreness in legs after running

First NSV!!!!!!
So, the first person who hasnt known I've been trying to lose weight noticed my weight loss!!! A girl at work said to me yesterday "have you lost like a ton of weight?" Ha! it took 27.5 pounds for someone to notice, or at least say something. it was worth the "weight". Ha :laugh:
