Plateau - help I'm stuck
Nothing seems to work, I have lost 2 stone and now seem to be stuck, nothing moving, tried exercising more, eating less, eating more - nothing changes - what do I do. I don't want to loose my motivation, have a long way to go!!!!

Temptation distraction techniques
Evening all, anyone got any good distraction techniques for when that urge comes along to reach for the biscuit tin, or bag of crisps. At the moment I am taking a lot of long baths (biscuits and crisps would be soggy in there), reading more, jigsaw puzzles and going to bed earlier, to avoid those times when I would have…

Got a cold starting and it seems to make me want to snack
Ohhhh no - day 5 and think I have been good, got out and done loads, kept on the straight and narrow and today I think I have a cold starting, feel rubbish, so even though I have just eaten my breakfast, I am already thinking what else? Help words of wisdom anyone - I have to do this:embarassed:

Gonna take it little by little and hope for the best
Feel silly for letting myself get like this, even with going to the gym and telling myself I therefore didn't need to diet. Well up and at them, lets hope I can change this!!
