Ahhhh maybe that is what I did this weekend, I ate a lot of fruit!!! maybe that is what helped and drank more water being aware of drinking alcohol.

I have varied it to see if anything works, tried eating below and then tried giving myself a break, nothing seems to have worked, but going to keep going

Thank you for all the positive messages and great advice, going to mix up the exercise and be stricter with logging everything I eat and drink and keep at it and see what happens. On the plus side I suppose it stuck and didn't go up!! :love:

Thanks for the encouragement, I think I need to get myself back to how I was at the start and make sure I am recording everything that I eat. At least with spring coming extra exercise is hopefully easier. Thanks for the tips guys x:wink:

I love my walking, usually do about 38-40 km per week, try and vary this over flat terrain and hills. Today did 7K, with a stop for coffee and catch up with friends. So walking always seems fun. Good luck everyone.

I so understand this one, the only time my mother in law gave me more than my husband (usually got less than him) was when she knew I was on a diet!

Thanks for that, used the have a bath technique last night to stop me doing the usual cup of tea and a biccie. Today, I went back to bed for an hour, as I hadn't slept very well, and will leave the house to meet friends this afternoon, all keeping me away from the dreaded cupboards.

Thanks - kept telling myself as I had been to the gym, that cake with the coffee was okay and I was maintaining my weight through the gym, I so was not. Sometimes you need a shock to make you get on and achieve. Here's hoping I do.:smile:
