First time posting
I've been on Mfp now for over a month and only lost 4 lbs. I am always under my calorie's for the day and I am working out a lot. I wish the weight would come off faster, but 4 lbs off is better than gaining. My first goal is to lose 5 lbs. Which I hope to reach by 1-18-2011. 2nd goal to be out of the 130's by 3-1-2011. I…
