I have Flabby Flip Flop Keep-On-Waving Arms! Help!
Ok...i work out and do strength training...but I have always had larger arms! Like I see the rest of my body shrinking BUT my arme need to seriously catch up!! Any way I can super-charge my arm workout?? And Ideas would be appreciated! :ohwell: ~Stephanie

Hi! My name is Stephanie and Im new to using this site! I have 3 Goals of 30 lbs each...im almost at Goal One! Yay Me! I started off about 3.5 months ago and I have lost a total of 29 lbs and i want to loose a total of 70 to 90lbs (depending on how my body looks! I would NEVER want to be too skinny because I look Awkward…
