Thats what I was thinking! I agree that its not the healthiest thing to consume, specially all the time. .But I think he was truly tring to be helpfull.

im my case...Spread it directly over my tummy and Thighs!!! LOL! Take a tiny Drizzle (I mean like half a table Spoon...) over a rice cake. Yummy! But I dont touch the stuff unless im having a breakdown! LOL!!!

FUnny thing is I thought about eaing the other hald and doing some Zumba for an hour to make up for it! LOL! BUT truth be told...ive been working like all get out and Im tired...so imma just sit here sip on some water...lol!

YES Girl!!! I get the Bejing Beef and a whole Serving is over 600 Cals!!! (I Divided it in half...lol!) That's why I just get the Terikaki chicken which if VERY low in Calories (Not drenched in sauce of course). I Agree! So True! And usually the "nice Guys" Feel like because they are "nice" that Females HAVE to like them! not the case! Usually there are self Esteem issues and the "All I want is a girlfriend" factor shows VERY clearly! The "nice Guy" factor has to be chased with a dose of confidence! JS....
