I need an opinion.
I keep being told that it's not what you eat, it's how many calories you eat that matters. So, I've stuck to this pretty generally. General question - Logging things like yard work.
Do you guys log things like working in the yard? I was helping a lady clean her yard. Doing things like trimming plants, pulling weeds, planting flowers, and mowing the lawn. It was a good four hours of labor. Since it's not something I do usually do, should I log it?

Does anyone else have horrible cravings?
I get these crazy cravings for junk food. I usually try to ignore them, but they always end up coming back and kicking my butt. I've been told if you stay away from "bad foods" long enough you kick the need for them. That just does not seem to be the case with me. Anyone else have these problems?
