Help me figure out how calories I need to lose for my personal goal!
Can anyone give me advice as to what caloric intake I should be eating and if 1200 calories is the right amount? I weigh 220 as of today I am 5'2 and want to lose 40-50 pounds in the shortest amount of time that is healthy.
