I dont know about everyone one else but I am getting really bored with grilled chicken or turkey and stir fry. Any ideas on how to make different meals please.

Starting week 4
Ah week 3 is done was not as scary as I thought it would be. Did very well all week but the weekend was not that great but back at it today. As of Friday not quite 3 weeks in I was down 10 pounds that made me a believer. Let's go week 4.

week 2
Started week 2 yesterday, lost 3 pounds on week 1. Had some trouble on the weekend ate more than I should have and had a few more glasses of wine than I should have. I find the weekend very difficult as that is our family time and relax time and we eat more and have wine on the weekends that is very hard for me. to say no…
