Hi all, so its ramadan now (the month of fasting for muslims) and I was wondering if anyone had any tips for this month. For those who don't know what it is, we can only eat and drink before sunrise and after sunset for the whole month. I usually gain weight as you end up eating before bed but any tips would be appreciated.
