Thank you all for the advice! I really appreciated it and a few months on I am doing so much better. Starting a new job soon and love life looking up too! The gym did save me and now I am focused on my health and my future. Without MFP I do not know where I would be! Hugs to you all and keep up the good work!

Sometimes it is really hard but the gym is saving me. I really want to be happy and you are all helping so much! Decided to train for a triathlon in a year...relationships suck!

I have started going to the gym for the first time in years, by looking after my food and going 6 times a week I am losing 1kg per week on average. It is tough but after 6 weeks I have lost nearly 5kg.

that sounds great. I joined last year buy havent done much. I want to shed 30 before my 30th in may, but 25 by jan? Ok why not!! I am going to visit my boyfriend for new years (I work overseas) so if I looked and felt better I would be sooo happy!!

Wow everyone is being so productive! Well I am working out in Egypt so am in the office today as our working week starts sunday (still can't get used to that!). So just having some lunch at my desk and going to the opera tonight with my parents as they are here visiting me. Will try to squeeze in some yoga before I go out…

I am also on 1200 calories. I have just started and I work in an office all day but I am trying to eat most of my calories in the day, so when I am active most (which is afterwork) I will burn them. This is great. I have just joined and after leaving the UK to live in Egypt I now have to take on my next challenge...getting fit! I hope we can all help eachother and my first goal is -10lbs by feb 14th! I know I have a long way ahead of me as want to get 60lbs by May 2012 but I really hope it can be done!
