New...again
Hi! I joined MFP last year and since then I have slacked off alot...so much to the point where I have went from 165 to 205 since November of last year when I got back from my deployment. Im 6'2, so 165 wasnt that big to being with. I just need help and motivation along the way as I am starting back going to the gym today.…

Disappointed in myself...
Im quite disappointed in myself. Im around 6'1, 6'2...and I used to weigh 165 lbs....now Im at 205 with 20% bodyfat. I dont mind the weight, its more or less the bodyfat that I dont like. I need some kind of motivation to get my *kitten* up and quit being "fat" on the inside.

I have been on and off here for a couple months now...trying to make some new motivating friends to help me get back into the healthy lifestyle I had before I got back home from deployment lol. Anyone can add! I just need some motivation!
