Disappointed in myself...

Im quite disappointed in myself. Im around 6'1, 6'2...and I used to weigh 165 lbs....now Im at 205 with 20% bodyfat. I dont mind the weight, its more or less the bodyfat that I dont like. I need some kind of motivation to get my *kitten* up and quit being "fat" on the inside.

Click on my profile. Look at my pictures. Keep letting yourself go and you'll look like me.

You have two options- 1) Raise your lean muscle and lower your body fat, or 2) Lose weight

Take your pick and do it before you end up with serious regrets.

Your "motivation" is that you're disappointed in yourself and don't like your current level of body fat. Motivation is rarely enough though. You have to decide that making a change is worth it, and then make a commitment to making that change. If it's not important enough to you, you won't do it.

Look at yourself in the mirror in your underwear/naked (however you prefer) and point out all the stuff you hate about your body. Tell yourself, "I'm gonna start going to the gym, so I'll feel good about myself." Keep at it, don't give up, and stay positive.
