I was wondering if anyone has done T-25 and has lost weight or seen improvement? I used to do P90 but the workouts were too long so I switched, but T-25 doesn't have strength training - it's basically cardio.
Anyone else have this problem? Every time I get down to around 144 lbs, my body wants to stay there. Even when I did eventually go down to 137.8 lbs, as soon as I ate the littlest thing, my body shot back up to the 140's, even if it was a healthy meal.
Need motivation for people who understand how hard it is to lose weight with PCOS and how we need to keep pushing through...
