Please help
Hi. I've been logging on MFP for the last 3 weeks. I had been keeping my calories to the recommended 1200 and not losing an ounce !! After reading on Fat2Fit - I upped the calories this week to 1500 - 1600. (because it's scary to go much higher). Still have not lost a thing. Good news - not gaining either. I am 53 years…
