I am trying to figure out how many calories is right for me!
I am 5'3 141 lbs and I want to lose 1 1/2 to 2 pounds a week and exercise 4 times a week. I currently consume 1200 calories a day, but I want to go with 1000? Anyone in the same boat? Or can give advice? Also what exactly does NET calories mean, I think I have an idea but I want someone to fully explain it! Like if i burn…
