I know that on The Biggest Loser they keep track of their BMR. Does any one know how to do that? I know you add and subtact with cals burned that day. But how and what if you did not excersise that day? Thanks!
Hello, Trying out MyFitnessPal. I have been using another free site but the iPod app for this one seems better. So I am doing a trial run :) I may just use both!
