This may be a silly question for some but I'm wondering if I should change my daily calorie goal after a certain amount of time or should I just keep it the same until I reach my goal weight and set new goals? Any feedback is appreciated! :D
I'm down 6lbs already! I'm so excited and happy that I had to share it with you guys! My clothes are fitting better and I just feel all around great! :D I'll post some pictures when I get closer to my goal weight!
