Changing Caloric Intake

This may be a silly question for some but I'm wondering if I should change my daily calorie goal after a certain amount of time or should I just keep it the same until I reach my goal weight and set new goals?
Any feedback is appreciated!

I believe you should recalculate it for every 10 pounds lost.0

As you lose weight it takes less and less calories to maintain it. For example if you weight 300 pounds it takes crap-loads of cals to ate, to stay so big. But it takes very little calks to stay 120 pounds. So recalculating your maintenance after certain amount is lost would be good idea. It will make sure you are staying in same amount of deficit. But of course you can not do it and recalculate only when you reach a goal or stop losing, it might take you more time to lose that way tho.0
