After loosing 21 lbs the first month I did not expect much out of month 2 but I managed another 11 lbs. Now the loss is really starting to slow because I have really started trying to build some muscle mass. But thought I would share a pic of my journey so far.
On 8/30/11 the wife and I joined the gym and totally changed our diets. We watch our calories but also stick to much healthier foods in general than our old habits of fried everything.
