Anybody have any weight loss tips for peri- menopausals?
I get it that menopause and all the hot flashes, night sweats, ill moods, aches pains, etc. is a big deal, but I could have gotten through so much of all that if I hadn't grown to the size of your average sumo wrestler in the process. Has anyone, anywhere, had any luck at all in finding out how to possibly lose any of this…
