Whats most important, BMR or TDEE?
Hi again, Can anyone tell me what is more important when trying to work out my calorie deficits for the day, my BMR or my TDEE? My BMR is 1500 and my TDEE (when I put it at a sedentry lifestyle) is 2200. I would like a calorie deficit of 1500 a day. So when working out how many calories to eat and how much to exercise…
