Help me choose my workout program
So I am 10 days away from finishing the 30DS and if I keep on track the way I have I will be down about 8 lbs. YAY ME!!! However, I still will have about 40 lbs to go and I need to pick a new program to start after this is done. The problem is, I have too many workout programs to choose from. What's Your Workout?
Just want to see what kind of workout everyone is doing (if any). I am doing Chalean Extreme with TurboFire for extra cardio. I'm not going over an hour a day. I have the option of 2 rest days but I have a feeling it will be 1 rest day a week. I tend to eat worse on rest days, so the less I take the better. What are you…
