I just started today! I am trying to get back on track after a bad back injury left me completely unable to workout for months. Hoping I can get through the whole program without getting re-injured. Feeling good thus far after completing Cardio. Fingers crossed it keeps up.

You are rocking the jeans and tank top! Hoping to be there in the next 15 to 20 lbs :)

I posted these in another thread, but figured they fit here too. :) Sorry for the lack of clothing in the "after" pic. It wasn't my intention to post it initially but I am just too lazy to take another one. The difference is exactly 30 lbs

I'm still a work in progress, but I started comparing pictures and am proud of how far I have come.

My husband is in the Army and I have a pretty good idea of what he does during PT so I figured I would chime in. Obviously you need to start by working on your eating as weight loss is simply calories in vs calories out but here are some workout ideas... First, start working on your run. Couch to 5k is a good starting…

Good luck! I'm currently just doing P90x3 and am loving it! Would love to do a hybrid later. Let us know how it goes! :)

I'm currently doing P90x3 which is great since I have very little time to workout. I love pretty much anything from Beachbody but that can get expensive. Here are some of the free online videos that I like. They aren't "programs" per se but could easily be put together into a well rounded workout schedule with a little…

I'm 6' 0" and currently 180 lbs. Started at 212 lbs. I eat an average of 1800-1900 calories. I am doing P90x3 right now and burn about 500 calories a day so my net calories are between 1300-1400. Don't try to eat that little if you are working out, you will lose muscle and that just looks gross. Believe me, years ago I…

My husband likes it but not all men do. When I am at healthy weight mine start to show. They just popped back up this week and I am far from being too thin or having an ED. It all comes down to the way your body is built. Just work on getting fit and gaining more and more confidence. That is the only trait that seems to be…

Mom of 2, 5 yrs and 14 months. Have lost the baby weight but have a goal to lose 25 lbs. I love having active friends and encouraging each other! Send me a request if you want :)

Yep, but my husband is military so that is practically in the Army wife job description during deployments. It does help when I am looking good to WANT to send them, but I will send them either way to him if he asks.

Also a SAHM of a 5 yr old and a 14 mo old. Have lost 31 lbs have about 29 more to go! Would love to have and give support! :)

I'm eating roughly 1800 cals a day. I am 181ish lbs, 6' 0" and otherwise pretty inactive during the day. Here is a calculator based on the nutrition guide: http://sweetlifefitness.net/p90x3-nutrition-guide/ I was technically in the C plan of 2100 calories but only by a pound so I went ahead with the B plan. I was already…

Old Navy and Victoria Secret are the only places I get my long length yoga and compression pants. I have a 36" inseam though so my options are somewhat limited. I did pick up some decent capri compression pants and Walmart that I really like. I think I paid about $10 for them.

I have already started it. Today was day 3 of the Classic schedule! I am sore but in a good way. I have already lost about 30 lbs before starting and am hoping to lose another 15 lbs with p90x Any reason in particular you are starting Monday? If not, don't wait! Start up right away :)

Definitely not frumpy before (or after). You look amazing! Our starting stats are very close, I started at 6' and 212 lbs. Would love to know more details! How long did it take you? What/how much did you eat? Exercise? :)

I haven't done PiYo but I have done Chalean Extreme, and based on your goals I would start with that. You may not lose a ton of lbs with it but you will lose inches if you do it right. I think I lost 7 lbs in the first 45 days but I lost a ton of inches and looked much smaller, so take measurements. From my understanding…

You absolutely can do it again! It is hard at times but it can be done. Even if you get off track a day or two, get back to it and you will see a difference. You have all the tools and have done it before, you can do it again. Here is what helped me when I first started back. I sat down and looked at myself and said that 1…

There is nothing magical about the schedule. Fit in what you can and push yourself as hard as you can to get the biggest bang for your buck. Looks like you have a pretty good balance of steady cardio, hiit and core work. So go for it, commit to it and eat right. When your little one starts sleeping longer, start working in…

Maybe JM One Week Shred. Though you probably won't see any major changes in that time, it is a workout designed just for this purpose. Have fun!

^^This^^ When I have looked at 5x5, I didn't see anything that could not be adjusted to dumb bells. The olympic size bar is 45 lbs so start with at least 22.5 lbs on each dumb bell and then increase from there. Good luck!

OP, if you are being accurate with your eating and calorie counting (only you know that), then chances are it is just water weight. Could be you are ovulating or about to start your period, both of which cause a 1-2 lb increase in the scale for at least 3 days for me. It could be your muscles are retaining water or you are…

They are great cardio and a lot of fun! I have most of them and still cycle them in every so often. I vote going and grabbing in others :)

Start strength training/weight training now. I wish I would have worked to at least maintain my muscle the first time I went through a large weight loss. I ended up thin, but still flabby and kinda gross looking naked. You will look better and be smaller at a higher weight if you maintain more of your lean muscle. Which…

20-40 minutes of the ones you have posted I would suggest either 30 day shred or turbo jam. However, I feel 30 day shred is a little better just because it has strength training incorporated. Turbo jam is great cardio, but nothing more. I personally had good results with 30DS, I lost 8.5 lbs and 9.5 inches. 1.5 inches in…

Unless this activity is part of your....profession.....and thus are spending a LOT of time doing it, I wouldn't track it.
