So far so good! My original goal was to lose 1 lb a week and I'm sure it will level out to that or something close but I'm happy with my 1st wk! I even had some of my favorite foods so it didn't feel completely like a diet vs. just right portions. I could get use to this! Any advice for week 2 and the Thanksgiving holiday?
I'm excited to be here everyone! I have had tons of fresh starts but I'm hopeful about this one. To much energy if I focus on the past and I rather use that energy for a better present/future. What excites you about your journey?
