1st wk and 5.2 lbs gone

So far so good! My original goal was to lose 1 lb a week and I'm sure it will level out to that or something close but I'm happy with my 1st wk! I even had some of my favorite foods so it didn't feel completely like a diet vs. just right portions. I could get use to this! Any advice for week 2 and the Thanksgiving holiday?

    congrats! 5 lbs in a week is great!.. i would just say keep doing what you are doing, PORTIONS! ..and maybe try to throw in some cardio/strength training and you will do good!.

    Don't deprive yourself of the foods but just keep portion control!!!! Drink lots of water before the dinner to help feel full. You're off to a great start!!!!!
