I just started swimming as my new excercise yesterday (man I'm sore) and would like to keep motivated by hearing any success stories from swimming excercises ; )
Would love to hear what peole drink when we are all in the same boat of trying to keep calories down and still have a good time.
I always gain when I get my monthly visitor and that is just discouraging!!! Should I not weigh? Kinda new and any new MFP friends would be awesome!
